OUR TEAM

The firm is manned by a team of high calibre and experienced professionals who have been in the global business sector for over 2 decades servicing international clientele and meeting the quality standards that multinational enterprises and other high net worth individuals demand.

Tripro employs some 30 people in the corporate, fund and accounting departments. The staff members are either university graduates or hold qualifications from professional bodies such as Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners, Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants

Christiane is one of the co-founders and Chairman of Tripro.  She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK) and a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners in the UK. Before founding Tri-Pro in 2008, Christiane started her career in the Mauritian global business sector at its very inception in 1992 at another management company, where she was instrumental in developing the 5 person office start up into a leading management company in Mauritius. Christiane is amongst the longest-standing professionals in the Mauritian global business sector and is well regarded by her peers for her overall contribution to the development and evolution of the sector since the very beginning.

KAMAL IYAROO

Kamal is the Managing Director at Tripro. He has considerable experience in the structuring and administration of investment vehicles, ranging from trusts, foundations, protected cell companies, private companies to private equity funds, real estate funds and hedge funds. He started his career back in the early 2000's and worked for one of the global fund administrators until 2009 when he joined Tripro.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Law and a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Leicester. He is also a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners in the UK and a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors.
